The core of my work is Integrative Psychotherapy (Mindfulness-based)

in a one-to-one setting from Islington and Hackney. I also teach mindfulness

and yoga to individuals and groups.

About me

My name is Alexander Isaksson, I am a graduate Mindfulness-based psychotherapist trained at Karuna Institute (MA via Middlesex University). I carry full insurance and receive regular supervision for my client work.


I offer short or long-term psychotherapy on a weekly basis both online and face to face in London.

In addition to psychotherapy, I also teach mindfulness meditation, yoga exploring the inner body through breath, energy and imagination.
